Engagement Package

The Engagement Package includes a series of surveys and in-depth interviews as input for a data-based Strategy Report. The Report can be customized for specific business goals or to impact strategy. 

The most common requests in the Report includes the following analysis: 
– Assessment of the individual Network IQ skills test; 
– Mapping of the Network IQ competencies in a team or teams, in an organization or group of people (e.g. partners).

The data analytics is provided based on our proprietary Network IQ Methodology and benchmarked against a global database. The take-away for an organization is a report mapping individual competencies gaps and the social structure of power and influence in an organization.

Identifying individual strengths and opportunities for improvement helps balancing team leadership profiles, identifying influencers and change agents, and understanding the real social structure of virtual organizations hidden behind the organizational chart. These insights are especially useful for complex or distributed organizations and virtual organizations such as networks or communities.

Depending on the client’s needs, the Report can be adjusted to identify high-potential leaders, leadership development paths for multicultural, gender and age-diverse talent, and recruitment needs. We will provide insights on how building personal branding and digital presence can increase employee, partners, and customer engagement. 

The program may include a boardroom presentation, a management team presentation, and an open inspirational Masterclass delivered online or pre-recorded with copyright for distribution. Activating Engagement Package is a recommended option to start building our collaboration and a research-based approach to all other services and solutions.

Executive Team Coaching

The program is dedicated to executive or senior management teams. We help the senior leaders rethink a personal Purpose and develop a personal Purpose – Network Fit strategy. 

We work with the entire team to strengthen the understanding of the organization’s vision and mission to develop the team Purpose-Network Fit strategy and Engagement Plan with relevant stakeholders. 

We provide strategic advice on building partnerships, networks, and communities. 

We monitor patterns of networking and engagement habits to readjust the strategy.


Beyond the scoring of the Network IQ Skills, we provide Leadership Profile identification and 2 advanced reports: 

1) one of the highest or most relevant scored skill to work and leverage this strength;
2) one of the lowest scored competence to be developed if needed to achieve an individual, team, or organization’s purpose. 

One-to-one executive coaching session on Network IQ Skills scoring and 2 advanced reports and Leadership Profile. Deep insight on Network Thinking Methodology and practical advice on how to develop Network IQ Skills.

Recommended minimum duration is 4 sessions x 1,5 h.

Optimization of Diverse Teams

The program is dedicated to organization leaders and their teams. It consists of all services included in the Engagement Package and additional solutions to build individual leadership strengths and optimize the performance of diverse teams (e.g. hybrid, remote, distributed, networked, face-to-face). The individual Network IQ assessment includes one-to-one coaching sessions of 1-hour focus on Network IQ Skills Assessment scoring and 2 advanced reports. 

Deep interpretation and practical advice on how to develop the Network IQ skills relevant for the person’s success in the current work and in the future career. The assessment and individual coaching process is complemented with team or group coaching (a recommended group size should not exceed 12 persons). The participants work in small teams and join all group online sessions. All program is custom-designed and adjusted to a specific industry and organizational structure and culture. 

Access to the educational peer-to-peer community platform and consultancy on individual exercises help the team make optimal progress and establish a culture of trust, empowerment, and learning. The standard program includes 4 x half a day sessions.

Practical workshops for project groups and groups of roles representing various departments and /or business units, i.e. Business Development and Sales, Partnerships and Community Engagement, Communication and Marketing, Research and Innovation. 

The impact of our programs shows increased employee engagement, strengthening of the understanding of the individual, team, and organization’s purpose; ability to use social media platforms more strategically as individuals and as a team for employee and employer branding, and for customer and partner engagement

Team coaching programs for a smaller group of 3-6 persons take the form of on-the-job coaching and advice on specific short-term goals and objectives. The standard program includes 4 X 2 h sessions. 

Additionally, all participants are given access to a collaboration platform that is used for team building, virtual onboarding, peer-to-peer learning, and education.

Network IQ Alliance

The project calls for harnessing the power of networked communities to scale-up and accelerate the impact of entrepreneurial universities, enabling them to:

  • build forward better ecosystems both physical and digital;
  • use existing and new networks more effectively;
  • direct better capacity building for stakeholder and client success;
  • optimise existing networks for better sharing, selling, innovating, partnering and fundraising;
  • build self-confidence, responsible leadership and change leaders;
  • address the innovation ‘stickiness factor’ for long-term benefit;
  • drive real social change at scale in the research and innovation community.

Network IQ Alliance partners aim to accelerate the health, manufacturing, green and digital transformation, and deepen the integration of industrial regions, which are Emerging Innovators with regions that reinvented themselves and became Moderate and Strong Innovators.

Through the Innovation Vision Action Plan, the project aims to execute and act on the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Strategic Innovation Agenda. Network IQ Alliance is focused on transforming individuals and teams with skills to immediately reach out to their network, procure resources, achieve purpose and objectives for immediate success and long-term impact – all using technology.

During the pilot phase the project will:

  • support five innovative SMEs via multidisciplinary research teams;
  • train 130 students with nIQ skills for developing innovation, fundraising and global market access, including 15 students mentored;
  • train 15 academic staff and mentor 5 in nIQ to embed in their HEI’s innovation/entrepreneurship education;
  • train 15 non-academic staff and mentor 5 to embed nIQ in their HEI’s strategy and processes;
  • establish two nIQ ‘train the trainer’ centres at HEIs for popularising the methodology;
  • form one new collaborative partnership in the knowledge triangle.

The Network IQ Alliance results and outcomes will be successfully translated into real-world impact aligned with the priorities of EIT Manufacturing, EIT Health, ETI Digital and EIT Climate.
