About Network IQ Alliance
Network IQ Alliance is a community of entrepreneurial universities from Spain, Poland, Latvia, Ireland and the UK, an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), a network of research institutes, an industry network, and a global network of science and technology parks in 77 countries.
The project’s consortium is committed to mainstream network intelligence (nIQ) – a system-change methodology developing digital competencies at the ecosystem level for innovation and networking. The goal is to empower purpose-driven entrepreneurial people to amplify growth opportunities from the networks they build to innovate better, faster and have long-term resilience.
Network IQ Alliance’s 2030 vision, via nIQ, is to create systemic impact in higher education at the institutional level by integrating innovation and entrepreneurship into the core strategies of higher education institutions (HEIs), building leadership capacity to execute them and connecting them better with their city-level ecosystems and globally.

About Network Intelligence
Network Intelligence is a system-change methodology which helps build high-performance ecosystems. Its core measurement is the Network IQ™ Index.
Network IQ™ Index assesses a set of core skills which enable individuals to identify and activate their networks for innovation and purpose-driven growth.
Network Intelligence was originally designed for alumni of EIT KICs by Dr. Daria Tataj based on her book “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” with a Preface by Prof. Manuel Castells.

Testimonials
Higher Education Transformation
“I had the privilege of participating in the Network IQ Train-The-Trainer Programme in 2022. This fully online programme provided an excellent basis for both self-development and trainer capacity building. Programme tutors and fellow participants work collegially to co-create plans and actions to enhance self and organisational Network IQ skills. The assignments pushed me to address my own barriers to development and to contemplate the participant experience for future sessions led by me at SETU Business School. I came away feeling inspired to implement the programme in our university’s undergraduate, postgraduate and executive student support infrastructure.”
Tech Transfer, Innovation, Entrepreneurship
“The Network Intelligence methodology has the potential to soon become a mainstream entrepreneurship teaching method next to lean, agile, and business model canvas. I highly recommend adopting Network IQ philosophy as a key business asset for scaling entrepreneurial ventures and internationalising science based start-ups”.
